Niccolò Izzo 82218aabce ttwrplus: enable macro menu 
Modified keyboard mapping to enable macro menu, interface is still
broken as the T-TWR Plus is missing a keyboard.
Now the volume down key, mapped as the MONI button can be also used to
set the squelch level.
