cli: fix rad sync test flake
We cannot guarantee that the `rad sync status` will run before all the nodes are synced. Remove the call to `rad sync status` and explain that at least 1 of the nodes will be synced. Signed-off-by: Fintan Halpenny <fintan.halpenny@gmail.com> X-Clacks-Overhead: GNU Terry Pratchett

If we try to sync again after the nodes have synced, we will already

Note that both `bob` and `eve` are in sync despite seeing `Synced with
1 node(s)`. This is because the announcement was still made to `bob`
and `eve`, but we will only wait for at least `1` replica to be
synchronized.
Note that we see `✓ Fetched repository from 1 seed(s)` and `✓ Synced
with 1 node(s)`. This does not necessarily mean that only `bob` or
`eve` were synchronized with, since they both could have received the
announcement of the new changes. However, it does mean that we only
wait for at least 1 of the nodes to have fetched the changes from us.
