## Fixed Bugs
- Parsing `AddressType` and `Address` would fail for dependents that do not
enable the `radicle` crate features `tor` and/or `i2p`.
These features are enabled by default in `radicle-node`. If another program
builds without these features and attempts to resolve addresses out of the
database that was written to by `radicle-node`, it does not recognize these
addresses.
Address entries of a node that do not parse are now skipped.
