This change is to help separate the fact the namespacing by a `NodeId` is a
Radicle specific concern. The identifier can, in theory, be any kind of path
component, as long it is valid in Git.
The motivation for the change is to help separate the idea of a device's
`NodeId` vs an agent being an author – for future agent repository work.
The motivation of this change is to move away from tying signing to be
specifically for ed25519. The reason being that the protocol will want move
towards two different kinds of signing – the node signing artifacts, and an
author signing artifacts.
This change captures the former, node signing, by introducing a `Device` type
that is the `NodeId` – a PublicKey underneath the hood – and a signing
mechanism. This allows the replacement of the `Signer` trait being used – which
always assumed a `PublicKey`. Instead, the `Device` is constructed with
`NodeId`.
In `radicle-cob`, a signer is expected to implement
`signature::Signer<ExtendedSignature>`, and everywhere in `radicle`,
`radicle-node`, `radicle-cli`, and `radicle-remote-helper` is expected the
signer is expected to implement `signature::Signer<Signature>`.
A `Device` implements both of these but only requires
`signature::Signer<Signature>` to do so – since an `ExtendedSignature` is
essentially `(PublicKey, Signature)`, and the `NodeId` of the `Device` can be
used.
The aim of this change is to make the `Doc` type more safe to use by approaching
the design via [Parse don't validate][[0]] approach.
The problem with the previous approach was that all field were `pub` and thus a
`Doc<Verified>` could easily be mutated and serialized. Granted, the code that
used the serialization would tend to verify the `Doc` first, however, this
approach *ensures* that only a verified `Doc` can be serialized. It also meant
that trying to add new data that would follow the parse approach would require
more generic parameters on top of the existing `PhantomData` parameter, i.e. we
need to do something like: `Doc<RawField, V> -> Doc<ValidField, V>`.
The new approach splits the type into two separate types: `RawDoc` and `Doc`.
The former is allowed to be mutated at will, and uses types that are less
strict. The latter is the valid type that can only be constructed by validating
a `RawDoc` (or the `initial` constructor). The `Doc` type's fields can then only
be accessed by read-only methods.
Solves the problems above by only allowing mutations to `RawDoc`, as well as,
new fields being added to `RawDoc` which are then validated via
`RawDoc::verified`.

If a peer had created any references but was also missing the
canonical branch, the `rad id update` command will fail when adding
that peer as a delegate.
Instead, missing delegates and missing default branches are tracked
during verification. If the number of missing delegates means the
`threshold` cannot be met, then the errors are returned.

The previous implementation of using the `--allow` option in `rad id
update` would be an absolute list, rather than additive. That is, if
there were existing DIDs not passed in via `--allow` then they would
be remove.
Change this behaviour to check the existing value of the document's
allow list, and add to it if `--allow` is specified.
To enable the user to also remove a DID, the `--disallow` option is
also added.
The correct usage of these options is improved by checking the
validity of the `--visibility` option being used, the current state of
the repository's privacy, and the use of the `--allow` and
`--disallow` options.

To ensure that the `rad id` command does not modify the project payload without
it being able to be deserialized into the `Project` type, the command performs
this check throught the `project` method, and returns an error if this fails.

There are two areas where we can be more tolerant of delegate namespaces
being missing or not validating:
1. Calculating the canonical HEAD
2. Fetching from a remote
In 1. the protocol is tolerant in that if the local node does not have
the default branch for a delegate, it will still attempt to use any of
the delegates it does have to reach the threshold.
This is made safe by ensuring that if the threshold is being updated
then the node performing the update must have a threshold of delegates
locally in their storage. It also made safe by 2.
In 2. the protocol is tolerant by allowing delegates to be missing
from the serving side, as long as they can still meet a threshold of
delegates. This is further tolerant, when validating the received
data, a threshold of delegates are valid to consider the fetch
successful -- otherwise it will fail.

If `rad id` is called with no arguments, or just `--title` and
`--description`, then it will fail because there were no changes made
to the identity.
Check if the `proposal` document is the same the `current` document,
and if so supply a hint and a better error.

Previously we panicked if a revision wasn't found after an update. But
it can happen that the update goes through yet a concurrent update
prevents the revision from being valid.
To partially deal with this, we don't try to lookup the revision after
an update, we simply return the ID. This means a subsequent lookup can
fail, and the error can be handled there.
It's necessary for a delegate's references to be present, e.g.
verification, calculating of canonical data, etc.
To ensure that a user does not get themselves into a state where they
have added a delegate without their references, prevent adding a
delegate to the identity document if their `rad/sigrefs` is not
present.
As well as this, it ensures that if there is a `rad/sigrefs` that it
has the default branch -- since it's possible for a peer to have created
`rad/sigrefs` through COBs without a default branch.
This change meant that the `rad-id` tests required the test scenarios
to be set up with all nodes having each other's references. A test
case to add a missing delegate was also added to `rad-id.md`.

Introduces a new COB type to store repository identity documents.
The reason for this change is to:
1. Simplify the code, as the identity document logic resembled a COB,
yet it had custom logic. This allows existing COB code to be used for
identities.
2. Make identity document update logic more flexible, since COB actions
can be added in the future.
3. Re-purpose existing tools around COBs to work on identities, eg. `rad
cob`.
4. Unify the concept of an identity change proposal, with regular identity
changes. This means we can remove the `id.proposal` COB in favor of
using the `id` COB itself.
Notes
-----
* Each repository has one Identity COB.
* The `Proposal` COB has been repurposed into the `Identity` COB.
* Identity documents are stored as *embeds* inside the Identity COB
actions.
* The action that contains new document versions is called `revision`,
just like the Patches COB.
* The namespaced `rad/id` ref is a symbolic reference to that Identity
COB.
* The canonical `rad/id` ref is a direct reference to the commit in the
Identity COB that contains the latest *accepted* revision of the
document.
* All commands for managing identities have been folded into `rad id`.
Hence `rad delegate` and `rad edit` are removed.
* The concept of "rebasing" an identity document is gone.
* The `rad id` output has been updated to match the style of other
commands.
* When a revision has enough signatures, it is automatically adopted as
the current identity, there is no longer the need for a "commit"
action.
* When an identity revision is proposed, and the current identity has a
threshold of `1`, that identity is automatically accepted due to the
above point.
* The idea of "verifying a peer's identity branch" no longer applies, as
COBs cannot be verified one history at a time.
* Since the root commit of the Identity COB does not have a "Resource"
to point to (it would have to point to itself, which is impossible),
we've made the resource id optional for COBs.
This allows a user to choose private or public visibility on `rad init`.
It also improves the output to tell the user what happened due to this
choice.
It turns out that the CRDT formed by the union of Git DAGs
is enough to guarantee everything we need for COBs.
This changes the following things:
* COB operations no longer need to be commutative
* COB histories are traversed in the same deterministic order on all
replicas
* It's now possible to implement RSMs on top of COBs, eg. scripting
* Lamport clocks have been removed
* `radicle-crdt` is no longer a dependency of `radicle`
* COBs are no longer instances of `Semilattice`
* The `Ops` type was removed in favor of having `Op` contain multiple
actions
This commit allows any git revision to be used instead
of the full SHA-1, when specifying COBs.

We implement a new `Element` trait which allows for more complex output
to be drawn, such as vertical and horizontal stacks.
We adapt `Table` to work within this system.
We refresh the output of `rad patch show` to use these new tools.
It's fairly easy for a user to (by mistake or intentionally) create two
operations with the same OpId. This patch makes it much less likely,
and ensures that if the OpId is equal, it's because the operations
are identical.
Improvements to the CLI output as well as converging towards
`termion` as a backend.
The crates we were using for prompting and spinners were based on
a terminal backend called `console`, which is not really used
anywhere else. There were also limitations in terms of the output
of these crates.
Therefore, we switched to the `inquire` crate for prompting, using
the `termion` backend, which is very standard.
Additionally, we simplify the terminal output to use symbols:
! for Warning
✓ for Success
✗ for Error
... Instead of a mix of words and symbols.
We also include a modified version of the `yansi` crate which plays
well with our table formatting functions by automatically truncating
and padding output in a unicode-aware way.
The CLI commands and output use PublicKey, ActorId, and NodeId for
peer identifiers.
Instead Did should be standardised for use in CLI arguments and
outputs.
