The motivation of this change is to move away from tying signing to be
specifically for ed25519. The reason being that the protocol will want move
towards two different kinds of signing – the node signing artifacts, and an
author signing artifacts.
This change captures the former, node signing, by introducing a `Device` type
that is the `NodeId` – a PublicKey underneath the hood – and a signing
mechanism. This allows the replacement of the `Signer` trait being used – which
always assumed a `PublicKey`. Instead, the `Device` is constructed with
`NodeId`.
In `radicle-cob`, a signer is expected to implement
`signature::Signer<ExtendedSignature>`, and everywhere in `radicle`,
`radicle-node`, `radicle-cli`, and `radicle-remote-helper` is expected the
signer is expected to implement `signature::Signer<Signature>`.
A `Device` implements both of these but only requires
`signature::Signer<Signature>` to do so – since an `ExtendedSignature` is
essentially `(PublicKey, Signature)`, and the `NodeId` of the `Device` can be
used.
Update the rust toolchain version to 1.85.
Note that this is not the latest, however, it is the latest available in nixpgs,
so this version is good enough for now.
1. Adds a user-agent string to the node announcement. This lets us keep
track of what software version everyone is running. Especially useful
to see what percentage of the network has upgraded to a new release.
For old nodes, this defaults to the string `/radicle/`.
The user agent format is roughly based on BIP 0014.
2. Advertize protocol version in node announcement.
By advertizing the protocol version, nodes can decide to only connect to
peers with a compatible version. The default and current version is `1`.
We bundle these two changes as they both modify the node announcement
and node database.
3. Swap the order of the fields in announcements to make the message
extensible.
To be able to use log setup across the different components of
heartwood, expose a `logger` module from `radicle`. This also includes
a `test` logger.
These modules are guarded behind a `logger` feature flag, so that
other crates are not bringing any uneeded dependencies.
This allows logging to be setup in `radicle-cli-test` so that when a
test fails, the log output is present for debugging purposes.

Previously we were announcing inventories all the time, due to
relying on the timestamp changing on insertion.
We change this to only announce our inventory when it actually changes.
There are few unrelated changes in this commit that I wasn't able to
split out, mostly due to laziness, so I'll list them here:
* The node startup logic is moved out of the main function, and into a
dedicated functionin `client.rs`.
* There is a tentative worker implementation that is untested, and
handles git replication both ways. It's likely lacking in various ways
but I wanted to get it in there anyway.
* `Address` was moved from `radicle-node` to `radicle`, because it's
needed to send `Connect` commands from the node handle.
* The `netservices` dependency was updated.
* Finally, there is a first end-to-end node test, which currently
doesn't use NoiseXK, but uses the new reactor in `netservices`.

This is a large change that introduces transport encryption via
a Noise_XK handshake. The inner `Service` now works directly
with `NodeId` and doesn't need to interact with socket addresses.
The transport logic takes place in `wire::transport`, and the
established sessions are passed down to `Service`.
Note that the i/o implementation in the `poll-reactor` crate still
needs testing, and there is still work to be done to integrate the
Git transport as part of this architecture.

Restrict message size decoding by limiting Message's vector size.
Introduce the BoundedVec type to do this on the type level for
convenience and clarity.

Fix a problem from a recent commit which caused tests in the tests
module not to run.
The list of modules in 'lib.rs' should use the 'tests' module's new
location.

This type that was wrapping `Message` isn't very useful here.
If we decide that we do need something like that, it's best handled one
layer below.

To build an address book, peers communicate via gossip, sending
`NodeAnnouncement` messages.
These need to be handled by storing the addresses in an address book
and the addresses need to be persisted to disk.
Node announcement messages should also be relayed to peers like other
gossip messages.
