Lorenz Leutgeb 3d1b37fcbb oid: Make `Oid::SHA1_LEN` public
The length of a SHA-1 object identifier is defined in various locations.
Instead of this redundancy, make the definition in `radicle-oid` public, and
use it in `radicle{-{core,protocol},}`.

Lorenz Leutgeb f46624b81c oid: SHA1_DIGEST_LEN → Oid::LEN_SHA1
A small refactor to move this constant closer to the `enum` that it is
about. An associated constant constant fits more nicely.

Reason for changing the name from `SHA1_*_LEN` to `LEN_SHA1`: As we
think about the object format in the future becoming variable, we
would have that the length of an OID is parameterized by the object
format. So, we imagine a function `fn len(format: ObjectFormat)`, to
be called as `Oid::len(ObjectFormat::Sha1)`. This is the new order
we use.

Lorenz Leutgeb 4c605c0671 radicle: Avoid comparison with `ZERO_SHA1`
When the underlying hash function is not important, but only the fact
whether the OID is the zero sentinel, use `Oid::is_zero`. This is more
flexible, as it is forward compatible with the SHA-256 object format.

Lorenz Leutgeb f65175397f oid: `const ZERO_SHA1` instead of `fn sha1_zero`
`fn sha1_zero` can be `const fn`, and since it does not take arguments,
it can just be a `const`. There is no good reason to not have a constant.

Justification for changing the order to first specify "zero" and then
"SHA1": In the future we will support multiple object formats. A
function that produces a zero OID would be parameterized by the object
format then. Imagine `fn zero(format: ObjectFormat)` which would be
called as `Oid::zero(ObjectForma::Sha1)`. In anticipation, we change the
ordering to match.

Fintan Halpenny 7862e108b6 Update gix-* crates
Fixes [CVE-2026-0810].

The `gix` crates require updating due to the security vulnerability above.
They require updating together in lock-step so both `radicle-fetch`
and `radicle-oid` are affected.

`radicle-oid` handles the non-exhaustive nature of `ObjectId`.

`radicle-fetch` updates to the new API types, however, this comes with
some updates to the `ls_refs` protocol.

A regression is documented in [gitoxide issue 2429].
The regression highlighted that it is the duty of the caller to also
filter the outcome of ls-refs, and `ref-prefix` is simply an
optimisation.

The ls-refs code is refactored to better represent and handle this operation.

Fintan Halpenny cef0ff571d oid: use `std:#️⃣:Hasher::hash` over `Hasher::write`
Previously, the `RepoId` was backed by the `git2::Oid` type, which has a `Hash`
implementation that uses `std:#️⃣:Hasher::hash`. This uses a length prefixed
form for hashing.

When switching to `radicle_oid::Oid` and implementing `Hash` without the length
prefix, this subtly changed the hashes going forward.

These hashes are used in `BloomFilter`, which is the type underlying `Filter`.
This resulted in cases where a previous `Filter` that certainly contained
`rad:z3gqcJUoA1n9HaHKufZs5FCSGazv5` were suddenly reporting that they did not
contain this repository.

Changing the implementation of `Hash` for `radicle_oid::Oid` fixes this, and is
confirmed by adding the regression test in `filter.rs`.

Fintan Halpenny b7a7f55e78 gix: CVE-2025-31130
Update the `gix` family of crates to avoid the vulnerability reported in
[CVE-2025-31130].

Since `gix-hash` is used in two places, its version definition was moved to the
top-level `Cargo.toml`. `cargo` warned that `default-features` not being defined
in the top-level could result in a future error, so that was carried along with
it. This did not affect the build of `radicle-fetch`.

oid: New crate
For further details on the crate see its documentation in
`crates/radicle-oid/src/lib.rs`.

Changes to `crates/radicle{,-crypto}/Cargo.toml` are to preserve the
default features of their dependencies `serde` and `schemars`,
which are disabled to support `radicle-oid` being `no_std`.
