This declares the minimum supported Rust version, independently of the
`rust-toolchain.toml` file, which specifies the Rust version and
toolchain components the crate/workspace should be built with. The
MSRV affects other crates that depend on anything in this workspace,
but the toolchain file does not seem to affect them. This means the
MSRV is useful for those who build or develop dependents.

Avoid having ssh-agent a hard dependency of `rad-auth`.
Only add the user's key in `auth::init()` to ssh-agent if it is running,
instead of exiting with error.
For `auth::authenticate()` which is used to authenticate the user with
Radicle, assume using `RAD_PASSPHRASE` is a fallback authentication
method. If ssh-agent is not-detected, verify the RAD_PASSPHRASE is
present and correct. Treat neither being present as an error.
Support this by clarifying on `ssh::agent::connect()`s error which are
due to it not being present.
In interactive (user) contexts, use `try_sign` instead of `sign`.
We also revisit the `Profile` by adding a `signer` method that can
fail, eg. if we couldn't connect to ssh-agent.
Finally, we replace `UnsafeSigner` with `MemorySigner`, which makes
use of `ssh::Keystore`.

Armored signatures are used by Git for signing commits. Support reading
writing these signatures by implementing a new trait to read and write
to the SSH formmat.
