Fintan Halpenny 1f40b32b6a protocol: provide more information for invalid timestamps
The invalid timestamp error will only tell the timestamp of the
offending node's message.

Currently, there are issues where that error is occurring but the
timestamp seems legitimate. This patch adds the running node's
timestamp to help debug the issue.

Lorenz Leutgeb 9ea040ccd0 rust/msrv: 1.85.0 → 1.88.0
`cargo check` fails because `human-panic` and `sysinfo` require at least
1.88.0.

+++ command cargo check --release --locked --all-targets
error: rustc 1.85.0 is not supported by the following packages:
      human-panic@2.0.6 requires rustc 1.88
      sysinfo@0.37.2 requires rustc 1.88

Bump MSRV to fix this.

1.88.0 introduced [let chains], which in turn has `clippy` warn about
nested if statements. All of these sites are fixed in this change.

1.87.0 introduced [`is_multiple_of`], which is a more readable version
of `x % y == 0`.

Lorenz Leutgeb ecca50a5f9 treewide: Avoid `git2::Oid::zero`
In multiple instances, `git2::Oid::zero` is used to obtain an OID that

Lorenz Leutgeb 22b2871f64 radicle: Add Version to User Agent
The main motivation behind this change is to get just a little
telemetry information from nodes on the network, namely the version
of Radicle they are running.

This is achieved by rewriting `impl Default for UserAgent` which now
uses the version information provided by the build script also used
in other crates.

Also, a new configuration option `node.userAgent` is added, which
allows users to override the user agent if they so please, or set
the value `null`, which will in turn send the user agent
`/radicle/`, which is not really helpful, and the default prior to
this commit.

Creations of `UserAgent` in the whole workspace is cleaned up. In
order to do that `UserAgent::test` is introduced.

Fintan Halpenny 33db6637b4 radicle: Teach `rad sync` and `rad clone` to accept feature levels
Teach the `rad sync` and `rad clone` commands to accept the
`--signed-refs-feature-level` option. This option configures that
fetch to use the minimum feature level provided when fetching from
other nodes. This overrides the value of
`node.fetch.signedReferences.featureLevel.minimum`, and should only be
used in scenarios where it is necessary to downgrade the security of a
fetch for backwards compatibility.

To achieve this, the `Handle::fetch` method introduces an optional
parameter for threading through the `FeatureLevel`.

Fintan Halpenny 07f3d56559 protocol: Allow configuration of `radicle_fetch::Config`
The configuration of the fetch process was only achieved at the setup
of the of the node.
This limits the ability to pass configuration options to the fetch
worker while the node service is running.

This change introduces `radicle_protocol::fetcher::state::FetchConfig`
to allow configuration options to be kept track of. This includes the
previous `timeout` option, but now also includes the
`radicle_fetch::Config`.

The service now produces the `FetchConfig` and passes it through to
the fetch worker.

Adrian Duke 94e0a5128d node: Add block command to control socket
Introduces the ability to explicitly block a peer via the node control
socket. Previously, the node only exposed follow and unfollow commands.
While the underlying policy database schema supported a Block variant,
there was no mechanism to trigger this state via the client handle.

The new block command:

 1. Updates the node's follow policy to Block.
 2. Immediately disconnects the peer if a session is active.

Fintan Halpenny 980ed56186 protocol/service: rename `Responder::new` to `Responder::oneshot`
The `Responder` is a oneshot channel where it sends one result and the
other side receives that result.

This surfaced that the `AnnounceRefs` command was returning one result
at a time. At the moment, this is only used for a single namespace,
the local user's.

Fintan Halpenny 0d628a45e2 protocol: refactor to use Responder

Lorenz Leutgeb 5099c25df7 node/debug: Use derived serializers
The construction of the debug object is unwieldy, and error prone
(for example, renamed struct members have to be manually renamed

Use derived serializers where possible to make this easier to maintain.

Fintan Halpenny 1cab036c33 protocol/service: Wire up `FetcherService`
Wire up the new `FetcherService`. This reduces the `Service` fetch
methods down to:
- `fetch`
- `fetched`
- `dequeue_fetches`
- `fetch_refs_at`

This simplifies the code by off-loading the logic to the `fetcher`
family of types, rather than handling the intricacies in the `Service`
itself.

The `Service` now just performs the necessary I/O based on the
returned events from the `fetcher`.

This also removes the fetching state from the node sessions. This
follows the single responsibility, and sessions now only care about
their connectivity.

Breaking changes:
- The `Connected` state of a peer no longer contains fetching
information, which was being returned as part of the JSON payload
  result.
- The `rad debug` information for ongoing fetches contained the number
listeners awaiting for results, this was removed.

Fintan Halpenny ee1f55420a protocol: downgrade `error!` logs
Evaluate the `error!` logging in `radicle-protocol`.

The majority of cases, the `error!` is downgraded to `warn!`. These
cases are generally useful to know if there's an issue, but the
operator cannon necessarily do anything about it.

In a few cases, `debug!` was chosen. These are generally when an error
means that a result is not part of an accumulation, or the system will
eventually correct itself during another event or restart.

If the previous message started with "Error", then the wording is
changed to say "Failed to".

Fintan Halpenny 95b3d10961 protocol: downgrade `warn!` logs
Evaluate the `warn!` logging in `radicle-protocol`.

If the event is a result of something being suspicious in the running
of the protocol, then it remains a `warn!`.

However, if the system ends up ignoring the event and can continue
without issues, the log level is reduced to `debug!`.

Fintan Halpenny cef0ff571d oid: use `std:#️⃣:Hasher::hash` over `Hasher::write`
Previously, the `RepoId` was backed by the `git2::Oid` type, which has a `Hash`
implementation that uses `std:#️⃣:Hasher::hash`. This uses a length prefixed
form for hashing.

When switching to `radicle_oid::Oid` and implementing `Hash` without the length
prefix, this subtly changed the hashes going forward.

These hashes are used in `BloomFilter`, which is the type underlying `Filter`.
This resulted in cases where a previous `Filter` that certainly contained
`rad:z3gqcJUoA1n9HaHKufZs5FCSGazv5` were suddenly reporting that they did not
contain this repository.

Changing the implementation of `Hash` for `radicle_oid::Oid` fixes this, and is
confirmed by adding the regression test in `filter.rs`.

It turns out that `sqlite::cursor::Row::read` is the panicky version of
`sqlite::cursor::Row::try_read` (which returns a `Result`).

While it is somewhat rare that SQLite reads fail, it is not unheard of.
In `radicle-cli` it might not be critical, but also `radicle-protocol`
and `radicle-fetch` are affected, and they could potentially panic a
`radicle-node` process.

Use `try_read` instead, and propagate down the error handling.

Lorenz Leutgeb a568e7f484 protocol: Refactor decoding
Remove `fn deserialize` and instead provide a trait `fn decode_exact`
for testing.

Refactor errors, so that we can now cleanly distinguish between
`Error::UnexpectedEnd` which means that decoding might work given
more data, and `Error::Invalid`, which means that no amount of
additional data will decode.

While at it, cleanup the variants of `Error::Invalid`, and provide `ControlType`.

Lorenz Leutgeb cbd2a7070c protocol: Refactor encoding
What made the issue fixed in the parent commit harder to spot
for me was the multitude of concepts and terms involved in
encoding: What's *serializing* vs. *encoding*? Why is there
this odd `Frame::to_bytes`?

So I decided to clean up a bit. I removed `fn serialize` so that the
logic stays close to the data, and instead of it provide
`fn encode_vec` in `trait Encode` so that we don't add up with
one-offs like `Frame::to_bytes` again.

Also we make use of `encode_vec` in the tests.
