Fintan Halpenny 2262b8d9bd term: Rename print to println
The name `print` was used because, previously, the `println`
function name was taken.

This has now changed, allowing the rename of this function to happen.

Fintan Halpenny e7d519cf65 term: Rename println to println_prefixed
This function was mistakenly called `println`, despite it also wanting
a prefix.

Rename the function so that it better reflects its behaviour.

Lorenz Leutgeb bb97414a2d cli: Deduplicate RID Argument Handling
Multiple commands take an RID as a command line argument. However, the
handling, which usually involves falling back to detection of the
repository associated with the current directory, is duplicated many
times over.

Introduce `fn rid_or_cwd` which can be used by many commands.

Lorenz Leutgeb f2e96c96ce cli: Rename all `RepoId` args to `repo`
Many commands take RIDs as arguments. Most of them call the
corresponding struct member `repo`, some call it `rid`.

For consistency, name these members `repo` for all commands.

This change is intended to be invisible to the user. That is why,
in some cases, the "long" version of the argument must be renamed to
match `--rid`.

radicle: Prevent `RAD_SOCKET` from polluting tests
The value of `RAD_SOCKET` influences the outcome of `cargo test`.

Users that set this environment variable to, e.g. point `rad` at
a socket at a custom location, were surprised that execution of
tests would interact with their node.

Split `Home::socket` into two functions. `Home::socket_default` is
"pure" and only dependent on the path represented by `Home`. On the
other hand, `Home::socket_from_env` interprets the environment.

Most users will want to use `Home::socket_from_env`.

Fintan Halpenny 33db6637b4 radicle: Teach `rad sync` and `rad clone` to accept feature levels
Teach the `rad sync` and `rad clone` commands to accept the
`--signed-refs-feature-level` option. This option configures that
fetch to use the minimum feature level provided when fetching from
other nodes. This overrides the value of
`node.fetch.signedReferences.featureLevel.minimum`, and should only be
used in scenarios where it is necessary to downgrade the security of a
fetch for backwards compatibility.

To achieve this, the `Handle::fetch` method introduces an optional
parameter for threading through the `FeatureLevel`.

Fintan Halpenny 28c8c1531f cli/sync: filter seeds without an address
If a seed for syncing does not have an address, the local node will not be able
to connect to it.

These can be filtered out so that no connection attempts are made for these nodes.

Fintan Halpenny d41ac59828 cli/help: remove the help module
The `help` module is no longer needed, since `clap` handles that.

This meant that the re-exports of each command's `ABOUT` could be removed and
the `const`s can now be private.

Fintan Halpenny 3c89525003 cli/sync: migrate to clap
Due to the idiosyncracies of this command there are a few things to note about
this migration.

The `rad sync` command acts as a default subcommand in itself, in that it has
options that do not apply to its subcommand, `rad sync status`. This means that
the options will print with `rad sync --help`, but they will not print with `rad
sync status`.

The `--inventory` flag is not compatible with any of the other flags and
options, thus they are all marked with `conflicts_with`. This cannot be done for
a positional argument, so `clap` will "helpfully" print out the usage, for
example, as:

error: the argument '--inventory' cannot be used with '--fetch'

    Usage: rad sync --inventory [RID]

    For more information, try '--help'.

Which is incorrect, since `RID` is ignored. This is explained in the `--help`
documentation for `--inventory`.

node: Report sync status for given namespaces
The "seeds" command does only take a repository ID, and
carries the implicit assumption that the namespace with the same public
key as the Node ID of the receiving `radicle-node` process should be
used as reference for determining whether other nodes are in sync,
but no other namespace.

In the spirit of separating user and node identity, relax this, so that
the command also carries the public keys relative to which the sync
status should be computed. This allows to inspect sync status for
arbitrary namespaces via command.

For now, this feature is not exposed to the CLI, but `rad sync status`
always passes the public key of the active profile.

Lorenz Leutgeb de78cf7874 cli: Add verbose printing of authors
To allow users to see the full DID of authors of issues, introduce a
boolean to the `Author` struct and wire it through.

While doing that, also remove `--debug` options from `rad issue` and
`rad patch` as they have been obsolete since the introduction of `rad
cob [log|show]` for quite some time.

Fintan Halpenny 8a6e55502c radicle: Announcer can exit on preferred seeds or replication factor
The `Announcer` logic was subtly different to the fetching logic, where the
preferred seeds need to be announced to *and* the replication factor had to be
reached.

This patch relaxes that constraint, and allows it to hit either targets before
exiting.

This also surfaced an issue with the with the `Progress` calculation, where
calculating the `unsynced` used the `synced` value to subtract. However, this
was not required because `to_sync` is mutated, so the value is simply
`to_sync.len()`. A test case was added to ensure this is correct by checking
that invariant that the total between synced and unsynced nodes always matches
the total of synced and unsynced progress.

Lorenz Leutgeb 0e3f3f03d2 cli: Improve formatting of Node IDs and addresses
Pay more attention to when a Node ID is displayed in compact form. As
this was sometimes used to save space, e.g. in `rad node status` in
combination with long node addresses (like .onion names), also implement
a compact format for node addresses and use that instead in some cases.
Progress notifications in spinners keep the short form.

Lorenz Leutgeb 5bc2dc677b repo: Move workspace crates into `crates` subdirectory
This keeps the top level of the repo cleaner, e.g.
<https://github.com/radicle-dev/heartwood> scrolls less and
<https://app.radicle.xyz/nodes/rosa.radicle.xyz/rad:z3gqcJUoA1n9HaHKufZs5FCSGazv5/>
might show more files at the top level.

This way we also don't have to explicitly name all crates in
`Cargo.toml`.
