cli: Tell the user when canonical head is updated
This is useful especially in multi-delegate repos, since patches can be
merged without the head being updated.

* Properly show the user when a file was moved or copied.

tools: Add tool to set canonical refs
It's possible to delete these refs, or for old repos not to have them.
