- The public static `radicle_node::USER_AGENT`. Callers should source
  the user-agent string from its replacement (e.g. via
  `radicle::node::config::Config::user_agent`).

  `Expiry` enum, the `collect` function, and the `EXPIRY_DEFAULT` constant.
