Lars Wirzenius dfe89fb303 ci: only deny warnings, not all clippy lints ... Change configuration of native CI to only deny warnings from the compiler, but no all clippy lints. Previously we ran "cargo clippy --all-targets --workspace -- --deny clippy::all", which overrides the allows for specific clippy lints in the source code. We don't want that.
